225,230,235,240,245 – legs were def weak today.  This was all I could handle, felt super heavy even in warmups.  Heavier hiking took its toll.
23,10,7,5,5 – supinated
15,20,20,20,25  – accidentally did 20 instead of 25 on round 4.  All unbroken, very, very hard.

This was probably the hardest “strength” day I can remember for quite a while.  Absolutely brutal.  Love it!  Arms won’t straighten at all, hard to lift my arms!
