2,2,2 – on the bar today, replacing ring straps
90,90,90 – had to really focus to get good reps, last set best, weight not heavy

Biceps a little tweaky today.  Have been doing contrast shower on biceps/hands/forearms this week.  Iced after this workout.  There’s going to be lots of extra volume on the elbows this week so trying to really take care of them.
