30 min amrap:

1 min AD or row
mostly gymnastics and easy (1pd) KB work, reps as desired.

Repeat.

ring pushups, ring dips, pullups, pullups on hang board, 1 arm OH KB lunges, KB swings, OHS, FS, DL, planks, Vups

 

Felt alright.  Just dying to move.  Still not fully over this junk.  Need to get rocking, have big plans coming.
