Pretty rough today.  Very hard to get oxygen moving through the bloodstream.  Drastic weather change this week and I seem to be having allergy type symptoms.  I feel better after working out though.

1:05, 1:06, 1:06, 1:08, 1:07, 1:07, 1:08, 1:08 – just really high breathing
17:40 @ 135bpm avg – this sucked.  Legs felt fine and easy but lungs feel tight.
13,13,15,15,14 – felt best of everything on this
